We're Dan & Kim, husband and wife, and parents to two lovely daughters. Rest Day began on a run in May 2025 with a simple realisation: runners have endless kit for the hour they train, but nothing for the other 23.

Rest Day was created to change that.

Clothing that carries the mindset of running - discipline, resilience and pride - into everyday life.

Every t-shirt is printed by us, in-house - not drop shipped. Our spare room has been transformed into a small production studio where each order is made and packed with care.

We believe rest isn’t weakness. It’s part of performance.

For every order, we plant one tree and donate 10% of sales to Mind, supporting mental health across the UK.

Because running is never just about miles - it’s about how you show up beyond them.
